Hi, my name is Morgan.

I'm 9 years old and I think that picking up trash is really good because it helps the environment grow and be healthy. And you might think that sounds weird, but it can actually be really fun. Like you can make games out of it or do activities with trash. Like for instance, you can get soda cans, or whatever can you find and set them up like in a bowling alley and play a bowling game.

It also helps us keep our neighborhoods looking nice and shows that you respect your community. Plus trash could be bad for animals in our desert, including the ducks and fish in some of our parks.

Picking up trash is also a fun thing to do with your family and your brothers and sisters. Or get a group of friends together. It's not that hard because you just see a piece of trash, and you put it in a trash can, and you've helped the environment.

Hi, my name is Morgan.

I'm 9 years old and I think being healthy is important because if you don't eat a lot of fruits and veggies, you could get cancer or some other disease. So here are some ways you can be healthy. Do lots of sports like soccer and basketball - play some every day. Eat lots of fruits and veggies. My favorites are artichokes and blackberries. Apples are great to snack on. And just head outside for a little run around your block. It's a great way to keep moving.

Get lots of sleep too.
