The Inspired Birthday's team is made up of dedicated and impassioned professionals with an extensive history in event management, nonprofit work, consulting, volunteering and being moms.

Rhonda Bannard, Inspired Birthdays© founder and mother of two young children, brings more than 20 years of experience in the communications field to the development of Inspired Birthdays. Rhonda has worked in television news, the nonprofit sector, with business organizations and has successfully run her own consulting company since 2001 offering services that include PR, event planning, fund raising, marketing, writing, strategic planning, executive coaching and other disciplines. She has been an active volunteer on issues including cardiovascular disease, childhood obesity, autism, AIDS and leadership. She is a Valley Leadership alumnus and was honored as a "40 under 40" leader to watch by The Phoenix Business Journal. In her passion for helping others nurture the important relationships in their lives while effecting meaningful change, Rhonda is excited to blend her strong network and skills sets toward supporting the important practices of stewardship and sustainability within the Inspired Birthdays© philosophy.

They have also worked extensively in the nonprofit arena touching issues from workforce development to child safety concerns, from education to cancer - and the list goes on.
